Our shared journey began almost 20 years ago during our training as registered nurses.

What started as a professional connection quickly developed into a close friendship and, over the years, into a shared professional vision.

 

Throughout our long-standing work in nursing, care and social services, we have experienced the challenges of staff recruitment first-hand.

The search for suitable nurses, caregivers or day care professionals is often heavily dependent on external recruitment agencies. In many cases, their availability, processes or current workload determine the success of a placement.

 

In addition, these recruitment processes are frequently associated with very high costs for social institutions. For many organizations, this financial burden is neither economically viable nor sustainable in the long term.

At the same time, a clear contradiction exists: while many qualified professionals are actively seeking suitable positions, social institutions urgently require staff support.

It was precisely this imbalance that led to the creation of Redati Care.
